Beloved for generations, Pitt Lake is full of activities for the whole family! From canoeing down Widgeon Creek to boating on the Lake, Xwum is proud to support outdoor adventurers at Pitt Lake. The wetlands in Pitt Polder are home to numerous protected wildlife species, so keep your eyes peeled for beavers, osprey and other migratory birds that call this place home.

Rates:

Canoes must be returned by 5 pm on the day of the rental. Price for a 2-person canoe for the day is $80.00

Canoes must be returned by 5:00 pm the following day. Price for a 2-person canoe for an overnight rental is $100.00

Access to the Pitt Lake boat launch is $20.00
-
Daily parking within the Grant Narrows Gate is $5.00 for the day, or $15.00 overnight.

Our canoes are restricted to Widgeon Creek, no canoes are permitted to go downriver or into Pitt Lake. This is for your own safety, as Pitt Lake is affected by the winds and tides.
